Wedding Tips
1) Who said the money box has to be an actual "BOX"? Get creative and use a bird cage, a treasure chest or a even a favorite handbag that you love.
2) By having a customized gobo you can easily personalize your event and have something beautiful to enjoy throughout the event.
3) For out of town weddings or events, an event website is key. It’s so convenient and keeps all the ‘need to know’ information for the guests organized and keeps guests informed. We highly recommend it to all!
4) Escort card font size should be easy to read and in font size 14+. Here are some creative Escort Card & Seating Assignment Designs to spice up your event.

Its like a blank canvas and brides can be creative in how they want to interpret the space. Here is one of the wedding that we did there.

Newly Engaged?

When we meet with our clients we always ask them three key questions:
1) What is your vision for your wedding
2) How many people do you plan to invite
3) What is your estimated wedding budget or range.
If you are a bride, you are most likely going to come across many beautiful weddings when reading bridal magazines. From vintage weddings to fun-flair weddings, ask yourself what kind of wedding you and your groom want.
We have done weddings from an intimate 65 up to 500 people. Its important to sit down with both families and set a goal as to how many people you want to invite before starting to look for a venue.
If you don't have a wedding budget, fantastic, but for most brides there is usually a budget range that they are working with. Whether that is half a million or $40,000 its important to strategically plan out your budget and have an idea what you will spend your money on.

Lucky Dates to Get Married
Once in a while there is one date in the year that is noted as LUCKY and very popular among the wedding industry. For example in the past we had 7/7/2007, 8/8/2008 and in 2010 we are blessed with another one- 10/10/2010, which lands on a Sunday.
Accordingly to the Shanghaidaily.com, "Many loving couples are trying hard to book a wedding ceremony on October 10, but face disappointment. The date (10/10/2010) has three 10s, a number which means to be complete and perfect in Chinese tradition, and thus is expected to be a very lucky day."
Are you planning to get married on this date? If so, my recommendations would be to secure your vendors now if you have not done so already.

Wedding Budget Planning
o Be upfront with the budget that you are working with. This way the planner can better strategize where the money and energy should be best allocated. Often times, when our clients gives us a budget range to work with, we are always able to maximum the outcome since we have more time to plan how best to allocate the money for the event.
o Lighting- rather than spending money on lavish linens, use color uplights to accentuate your theme colors and pin lights to bring the centerpieces alive. It is more noticeable. Project patterns on the floor and wall is also a nice way to decorate the space without spending tons of money.
o Instead of a full premium bar, serve beer and wine and even a customized cocktail drink
o Select flowers that are in season & Flowers that are very full in look – hydrangeas, peonies, and dahlia all takes a lot of space yet looks beautiful
o Candles, candles and more candles- it adds so much ambiance and can make a simple arrangement look gorgeous
o When décor budget is tight, I always go back to candles, when you put a cluster of candle votives/containers together, they still look just as amazing. Once when we did a private event, we lined the entrance and drive way with a lot of candles in hurricane containers. It looked very impressive.”

Vintage Wedding Is In!
This unique Vintage Wedding took place in Pasadena. From using vintage vinyl records for candy station decor to bridesmaids' diverse dresses to vintage cars, this wedding sets itself apart from others. The couple gave away vintage matchboxes and handkerchiefs to their guests. Vintage cars were parked near the venue available for viewing for the guests. Each car was as sparkling as a diamond.
